 Servando Martin Gutierrez died peacefully on Saturday 31st of December in his loving home in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 68.

Servando is survived by his two daughters; Patricia Gonzalez and Micaela Tillett.  Grandchildren; Giovanni Brigida, Julia Skelly, Exiquio Gonzalez and Isabella Meyer.  Son in laws; Patrick Meyer and Ellsworth Tillett . Lastly, all eight brothers and sisters residing in the United States and Jalisco, Mexico.

Servando was born on October 13th 1948 in San Juan De Los Lagos, Jalisco, Mexico.  He came to the United States in 1963 with his brothers Efren and Michael Gutierrez.  In 1978, Servando received his U.S citizenship and his life prospered.  He continued to visit his homeland but the United States became his future where he was able to see his daughters and grandkids succeed.  If you knew Servando you know he enjoyed good food, good conversation with great company.  He loved his routine and enjoy making new friends.  Even on his last dying day Servando was surrounded by good food, good conversation with great company.

Prayer Service will be at 6pm at Absolute Economical Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, January 3, 2017.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10am on Wednesday January 4, 2017 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church located at 2121 N. Portland Ave. OKC, OK with burial to follow at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery on NW Expressway in OKC, OK.
